I recently had the honor of making a special custom-made "Fabulous 50" birthday gift.
My client received a Happy Heart Studio gift certificate for her birthday,
and she chose a hand-knit scarf/cowl, scarf embellishment, and birthstone crystal earrings for her gift.
Her gifts were mailed this week, hopefully in time to keep the birthday girl warm on chilly Virginia evenings.
Speaking of chilly evenings, they've been giving me a hankering for yummy roasted acorn squash.
Or maybe it's the melted butter and brown sugar topping I've been craving. So good!

Amanda - The Fabulous 50 gal received her lovely scarf, brooch and earrings! The quality of all three...top notch! I love the fabric you used for the scarf - great color that goes with everything, and very versatile! I can stretch it over my shoulders for a different look - so fun! Also, the yarn is light weight, and doesn't itch next to skin (love that)! The brooch is very unique, and I love how you took matching beads from the brooch to make the earrings! Amanda, you are very creative - and it's obvious you love what you do! Thanks again for this special gift :)

She chose a handmade cowl scarf with a vintage looking brooch and earrings with her birthstone on them. She loves them and I see she commented above. I am delighted I chose you to make her day special. Everything was beautifully personalized from the certificate to the tags and, of course, everything was custom ordered.
